Welcome to the law firm of Leo P. Hylan, P.A.. We represent individuals in criminal defense and civil litigation matters. After nearly a quarter-century of practice in Maryland and Anne Arundel County, Leo Hylan has become a fixture in the surrounding legal community.
The firm practices heavily in the areas of criminal defense and civil disputes, including business disputes, landlord-tenant issues, peace and protective order prosecution and defense, employment disputes, home and commercial construction and contractor disputes, automobile accidents and workers’ compensation, as well as simple wills and trusts.
Mr. Hylan has two associates: Ryan Atwell focuses primarily on Family and Domestic Law and Adam Greivell focuses primarily on civil litigation matters, but is also experienced in criminal defense representation.
State’s Attorney Trevor A. Kiessling also maintains an office in the building from which he conducts his private practice. Mr. Kiessling practices with heavy emphasis on family law, including divorce and custody as well as real estate and estate planning transactional work.
